How do I register for an account?

How can I provide my documents?

This is easily done by clicking on the arrow next to your name in the right-hand corner, selecting ‘user verification’ and choosing the documents you would like to upload.

Are there any restrictions on opening an account with Coinfuly?

Our clients must be at least 18 years of age. All our clients must have a primary source of funds income that is not from a pension or any form of governmental support.

Is it possible to register for more than one account with Coinfuly?

No, Coinfuly platform only allows registration with 1 account.

How can I close my account?

This can be done at any time, all you have to do is contact Customer Support, via Email or Phone call, and request to close your account.

Are my funds and personal data secured?

You can be certain that your funds and personal information will never be put in jeopardy. Here at Coinfuly we set security at the highest level that is also why our website is SSL secured, meaning that your data is encrypted and authenticated.

At what point can I withdraw my funds?

At any point you want. All the funds in your account are yours and can be withdrawn by you at any point by following our simple withdrawal procedure.

How long will it take for me to receive my funds?

Your request to withdraw funds is processed immediately and at the most will take 24 hours (in average) to complete. Please be aware that once the funds have left your account you may need to wait a few days until they reach you, this varies and is due to the withdrawal method being used.
